We're sorry your purchase didn't workout for you. To make it easy to find your perfect pair, we offer easy returns and exchanges* for purchases made only on vionicshoes.com.au.(Conditions apply for certain categories).
Once we receive your return our team will be working hard to have that processed as fast as possible, although please be aware that times will vary during promotional periods.
As with any authorized retailer of Vionic shoes, you may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason* within 30 days of purchase if the original purchase was made on VIONICSHOES.COM.SG. When you purchase from our website returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.
*Shoes must be in a fully resalable condition.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Please contact customer service on 0800 827 954 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a returns & exchanges form to print at home.
2. Repackage your shoes in its original packaging and include the completed form
3. Our delivery person will contact you and advise suitable pick-up or exchange time and location.
4. Our delivery person will pick-up or exchange your merchandise at the agreed time and location. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to show on your statement.
*Exchanges can only be made for the same style or product of equal or lesser value
*Final Sale Products - The 30 Day Comfort Guarantee does not apply to any final sale products. As of January 18th 2020, there will be a no return policy for fnial sale styles, unless faulty. Contact our customer service team if you require more information.
Receive your order as a gift from vionicshoes.co.nz? Please email us at email@example.com. Our hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. SGT. You can either exchange your gift item for the same style in a different size or color, item of the same value or exchange it for an e-gift card for the amount of the gift item, to be redeemed at vionicshoes.com.au.
The purchase of E-Gift Cards cannot be returned.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your shoes back in our warehouse, your return will typically be processed with 5 working days. It may take a few business days after your return has been fully processed for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

If you purchased from a Vionic authorised retailer, please process the return directly with the retailer according to the retailer's return policy.
A note about unauthorised retailers:
While some of our retailers are authroised to sell on Amazon, many are not. Vionic does NOT offer refunds or credit on products purchased from any unauthorised dealers. Vionic does NOT authorize any of its retailers to sell on eBay. Accordingly, Vionic does not offer any refunds or credits for Vionic products purchased on eBay.
